(Francais)

The Medical Specialists in Quebec have come out against Bill C-484. This is surprizing, since both doctors and C-484 try to protect the lives of the pre-born. Here is Ken's response to them and other medical groups...

Response to National Advocates for Pregnant Women (NAPW) comparing US 'unborn victims of violence' laws to C-484

(Francais)

This is a response to misleading claims that C-484 will be used to "punish" and "police" pregnant women. It addresses issues raised by Lynn M. Paltrow, executive director of the US-based National Advocates for Pregnant Women, who claims that supposedly similar laws in the US have been used to target pregnant women who cause harm to their fetuses. A full analysis of these claims shows that they are not supported by the facts.

Angus Reid Strategies Poll Report (Quebec)

Online survey conducted by Angus Reid Strategies in Quebec in June 2008 shows that in spite of the massive misinformation campaign launched in the province, a majority of Quebecers with an opinion support C-484 (50% support; 35% oppose). In fact, 53% of women in Quebec support the bill!

Here is a part of her story....
